ThailandWithout a doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Thailand! The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful and was very helpful in advice on what to do in the area and the staff was extremely friendly. The Hotel was very clean as well as the room, my sheets, towels and surfaces of the desk, counter and bathroom were all regularly cleaned during my stay. ThailandA truly great hotel ! Staff is very welcoming and friendly. They sure will help you with everything you can ask for. Rooms were spacious, clean with all the facilities you’ll need. They even thought about slippers, umbrella and smart TV ! It is five minutes away from restaurants and 5-10 min by walking to Nai Harn beach. The area is peaceful and without too many tourists. To finish with, the swimming pool is huge ! As for the other comments I saw on Google, it seems we haven’t been in the same hotel, no issue here just a great experience. Thanks to all the team.

United KingdomEverything was perfect. Rooms are big and nice. Pool is awesome. All you need you get there. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is no huge selection, but all you get there is tasty and fresh. Some things you can order a la carte. The location is also perfect. Near to nai harn beach and to shops and restaurants. But far away to relax and enjoy the pool and the beautiful hotel facility. Yes, there is a club and a raggae bar next to the hotel, but we did not find it annoying. In the evening you can hear the music, not too loud. If you close the balcony door it is quiet. We had a great stay and if we ever are back on phuket we will choose this hotel again. 🙏🏽
