Very spacious room with pool front. There are few cafes just about a few steps walk. About 20 mins to the town area. There are 3 cute dogs in the lobby to welcome you.

Great location and staff. The room was spacious and comfortable and the pool area was unexpected and hugely appreciated! Nice that we could buy beer and breakfast at good prices from the lobby. There is also a really good restaurant (Farm to Table?) in the lit up alleyway run by a man named Oat. We ordered the beef cheeks and spaghetti and they were both excellent.

It is very clean and the staff are kind and helpful. The pool is very clean as well and the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas are in great condition. They provided free bananas in the lobby and a fresh water bottle for the rooms each day. This made the mornings extra comfortable as there was a quick bite and water available before heading out for the day.

The place in general was nice and the pool was big and clean and well-maintained. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was big and had a cute little balcony which was very nice to have a morning coffee and delirious breakfast. The bathroom was unexpectedly huge. We enjoyed our stay and if we are ever in Chiang Mai again most definitely stay here.

It is a small establishment yet spacious. The staffs are very nice. The pool is well maintained. It is located near coffee shops and thrift stores. It is also a walking distance from the night market, which is nice.

great private rooms. very confortable and mostly soundproof. unfortunately, the windows are not so when people talk at 2 in the morning on the bench just beside the entrance, well you hear every word but the disrespectful people is at no fault of the owners! great help from the staff to suggest excursions or even just what to do in town or restaurants! a little bit outside the action which was perfect for me but easily walkable or just a grab ride away! there is a lotus store real close and fridge in the room plus many snacks available at the property! very clean. and they give you water every day! I was sick for two days and they even left the water outside my door since I had the do not disturb sign and I really appreciated that.
