Property info

The Condo is nestled close to Karon Beach and surrounded by convenient places, whether Kata Market, Macro Food Service, and Tesco Lotus. The residents can enjoy swimming and sunbath on the rooftop. PLEASE NOTE. Electricity usage of 30 kWh per day is included; extra usage will be charged at 7 THB/kWh. To keep costs down, please close windows and doors when using the AC, and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the apartment. Cleaning service is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee. Late check-in is available upon request free of charge.

Neighborhood info

Karon is a beach town with several coastal hotels and bars overlooking the Andaman Sea. It features a long stretch of sand on Phuket Island and its clear water makes it one of the best places along the ocean for snorkeling and scuba diving. The Condo is located on the hillside and we recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy the area and the island. The entire infrastructure of Karon is within walking distance: cafes, restaurants, convenience shops, supermarkets, massage and spa, pharmacies, currency exchange points, night market, and other attractions.
