This hotel always impress me every time I visit. The suite room must be recently renovated as I noticed it's slightly different from the last time I stayed in this room type. Restaurants, facilities, staffs, everything was still great.

This was a beautiful old resort, nice beach, interesting lagoon. What was good was that it was very, very quiet and you could walk a long way. There were lots of small shells, we even saw a porcupine fish although unfortunately it was dead. The bed was the most comfortable that I've had throughout Vietnam and Thailand. Staff did anything you asked of them and were happy to please, but they had to be asked.
Despite its flaws, we did enjoy our stay.

Didn’t like anything about the Hotel. Awful, old, smelly, uncomfortable. Everything was bad. Except for just a couple of staff, who were friendly and sociable.

Cha Am is the first nice beach town you can get to South of Bangkok. The beach and town are quite nice, while of course nowhere near the islands or Andaman coast in terms of beauty. I like it for the friendly vibe, great restaurants affordable price level and relaxing beach while on the way through to more scenic locations. You can reach Cha Am in a day when driving from the North, e.g. 10 hours from Chiang Mai. That makes it a very good stop to spend a day or two.
Tucked away location, clean air, spotless room, excellent service, very friendly and courteous staff. Family-friendly, but lovely for couples. The restaurant food was abundant and delicious. Note: we only ate Thai food. It sits right on the beach. When we arrived, we were offered a much larger room with a full balcony at a small increase in price.

For Me Cha Am is, South Cha am beach and north Cha Am beach. North Cha Am Beach is better for Me, a lot of Thai people and less foreigners, a good mix. Water is not Clear as in Phuket area as Rawai, Kata, Karon. very big difference. but I do like Cha Am. The town area other side road Nr. 4. I do not know, as I]m not interested in towns. I do like Cha Am much more then Hua Hin.

Cha am is a great place to aim for when just arriving.
Cha am is a great place to aim for when just arriving. There is a fast bus directly from the airport. I use it the acclimatise, basically getting used to the heat and jet lag for a couple of days before moving on.

Typical Thailand, poverty and luxury hand in hand.
Typical Thailand, poverty and luxury hand in hand. Far too few facilities close by and location unless in the middle of the town. Seven Elevens every 200 yards. Taxis can be a scam so be aware of prices. We paid 105 baht one day and 220 baht the next (via hotel!).
Very nice swimming pool for children. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is not the biggest one, but is sufficient. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. Wifi is good. Bathroom ok, don't need anything more. Water pressure good. Classic fridge, not that stupid cooling box. Electric kettle. Hair dryer. Nice wardrobe, lot of shelves and drawers.
This hotel is accessible by car, it is in the middle of nothing. If you want to visit some other places, car is probably a must. I.e. Cha Am beach with restaurants is about 10 km far.
The two stand out things for this property was first the location. It is a two minute walk to Cha am beach. there is a bike rental shop 1 min walk away and so many restaurants. The second was the host! She was incredibly kind! She even offered to help me reach the bus station. The room was comfortable and what I expected for the price. Everything was clean and in working order.
The hotel in general was superb, with direct access to the beach - true luxury when it comes to watching sunset or sunrise. The staff was nice as ever, and very accommodating when we needed a late check out. We had booked a 2 bedroom villa that was beautiful with a private pool. Just enough space to fit us four. We had an amazing time, thank you so much for the hospitality
Beachfront, Small hotel & mainly Thai holiday makers. No western tourists therefore we had no problem getting a sun bed due to Asians not liking the sun. Food was mainly focused towards Asian guests & not mass tourism.
Use Moo taxis... he was brilliant & didn't let us down!
The Staff, even though broken English, were all fantastic!
It was exactly what WE wanted.
My overall rating is: 4/5, at least meet my expectation of my first time visit.
- Room was good. A few things didn't work properly but that's fine by me.
- Breakfast and services was good, meet my expectation.
- Spa and fitness was also good, at lease the fitness was the best I've ever used in nearby area hotels.
- Dinner at the beach restaurant was great.
I went back again to stay at this hotel in 2-3 weeks. I was there with small children this time. Everything was still very nice. We booked a king bed room with sea view, but we got a room upgrade to have a pool villa. It was really impressive. The breakfast was still delicious and more choices of food.
The facility is fairly new. Well decorated walkway - our kid had enough space to enjoy exploring. We booked a family room which was spacious and super cute. There was a nice bath tub outside that the hotel offered to do bubble bath. We requested 2 times and our kid couldn’t be happier!
The hotel is spotlessly clean and really well maintained. Really friendly staff. Complimentary coffee making facilities in the lobby. The bed was super cosy. AC. Sparkling bathroom. Value for money off the charts. Would love to stay there again. Perfectly located near the beach.
This hotel is 700 meter far from the main road and no any house or shop in between. It is beside the sea with small white sand beach , with quite and peace environment. Breakfast is good . The swimming pool is large with few people since I stay at the hotel in the weekday.
I always staed at Veranda when I came to Cha Am
❤️ everything about the Resort . Always have a good time and fabulous staty here. Amazing food for all the foodie won't be disappointed.
Good for family trip even the hotel restaurant price rate and shop is more expensive than others. Very comfortable and safe for toddlers and kids. We love it especially breakfast 🥰
The location is between Hua Hin and Cha am, and near the beach. There is a nice coffee shop next to the prperty and by the beach. Easy to park and big swimming pools.
Lovely location on the beach. Enormous room!
Hotel was very very quiet, almost deserted, which we enjoyed but not for everyone.
Would definitely book again.
Great location on beach front road and near many reatauarnats and bars. Room quite nice with facilities/equipment you'd expect at this price. Bed comfortable.
