The room was beautifully designed. I wouldn’t say it is 5 stars hotel but really close. We had an incident of water literally falling through the light bulb in front of our bathroom creating a small waterfall (luckily we were in the room at the time) we called the hotel and they promptly sent help. We were moved and upgraded to a better room. The situation was very well handled. Staff was able and helpful.
