It’s location in the center of the Old City, the fantastic staff who could not be more helpful in the hotel and giving advice. I loved the history of the hotel and the adjoining museum and one of the third generation owners gave us a guided tour of their museum on site. The room was very comfortable and very clean and everything was perfect. We only stayed one night and wished we could have stayed longer and I would highly recommend it to travelers, particularly those that like to stay in heritage hotels!

Most wonderful owners / hosts and all hotel staff!!! We felt like hosted by close family members on the same time not overdoing. Wonderful breakfast prepared with care! Excellent location for exploring city. Many nice restaurants and clubs in close reach (just a cross the street rooftop, jazz bar around a corner) Excellent massage place just 1 block away. Hosts were very supportive to help to navigate city and beyond. Very comfortable room, bed and good air-conditioning.

Location, friendliness of staff and the historic architecture. Right in the middle of the old town. It is a kind of museum hotel resembling the Chinese architecture some hundred years ago. The front part is fitted with modern rooms which blend in nicely with the antique Chinese style in mid and rear section.

The hospitality, the opportunity to stay in a living museum. From the small polishing touches (gorgeous bowl made into a washroom sink) to the perfect walking location, you truly cannot pick a better spot to appreciate Phuket Town. The front desk staff was lovely and our personal tour of the historic house museum was icing on the cake. 110% highly recommend this spot!

Best location to explore Phuket Old town The hotel itself is a historic building with private museum. The owner has shown and explain to us about the place and Phuket town story. We spend 3 nights in Phuket and stay here for one night before staying at the beach hotel.
