The location can’t be beat. The rooms looking out over the water are perfection. The staff are incredibly kind. I wish the weather was warmer to take a dip in the pool, but this hotel has everything you could need. Calm, private, peaceful.

The heated pool was so warm, we didn't even need to use the hot tubs! We also liked being able to swim from inside to outside to enjoy the sunshine. The fitness center had decent treadmills and good assortment of weight machines. Property was kept up excellent compared to a lot of other places we've seen in Tunis area. They were re-grouting one of the outdoor pools, and making a new cabana down by the beach. Seems that they are trying to maintain the hotel to best serve their guests. They had a lot of staff working, all were very friendly/helpful that we encountered.

La marsa beach was right outside our guest house.
La marsa beach was right outside our guest house. We could walk to the main part of the beach and the shops and restaurants. We were out of season, visiting during Ramadan so it was relatively quiet. Some restaurants were not open at all, some only during the day, others only at night. We managed to find somewhere to eat every day. I can recommend the Cliff restaurant, Pasta mi Basta (very accommodating with our friend who had various intolerances), Kenko food bar and Blu Blu (Sidi Bou). There was a supermarket which catered for our needs. We also visited the capital Tunis and Sidi Bou Said which had lovely shops and stunning views.TraceyUnited Kingdom - 8.0Scored 8.0

Very clean and beautiful house. Esma and son were accommodating hosts. We were expecting a hotel rather than a B&B. Bed had partial walls on both sides with shelves so easy to bump head or body. Breakfast was the same both days—Tasty and fresh but nothing memorable. Several restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Bakery as well. Value for money seems a little expensive.

It is a very well renovated, refurbished and managed traditional Tunisian mansion, with the most lovely small details. It is not only in mint condition (especially for Tunisian standards) it also staffed by the most wonderful team of people. Manager Yassin, Elyes and of course Molka thank you so much for my wonderful stay. I will definitely come back in the nearby future. Keep up the positive energy guys, you are amazing!
