The location was amazing, restaurants, hookah lounge, everything was close walking distance. Front desk was helpful, especially Arhan was cool guy. Room was little tight, but it was clean. Overall everything was good! Thank you for hospitality!

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Our flight was scheduled to arrive early and we arrived much earlier that the check-in time to leave the luggages, but instead they were so kind to let us get in the room and even offered us breakfast on arrival. Exceeded our expectations. Nice location, walking distance to nearby attractions and very close to a tram stop and metro station. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay on a budget and still get a great offer.

All are exceptional included breakfast, room, calm, cleanness, location and staff behavior. I was booked a stay for 3 nights but due to some reason I wanted to fly back home earlier, i talked the hotel manager Ms.Sevcan to refund the remaining amount, she reasonable and approved refunded despite the cancellation policy. You would feel comfortable in your stay. I recommend for everyone.

Every time I visit Istanbul for business or vacation,I stay at the same hotel. The front desk ,Emre always support me with what I need and make sure everything is satisfied. I am very pleasing with every staff in this hotel. The restaurant has the best western foods and the price is reasonable. I treat this place like my own private residence . Clean and safe during Covid-19 times. Highly recommended it!!

I think for the cost I paid it was very qualified breakfast. They were exchanging it 20% every day. But general-all important breakfast was suggested-such as eggs, selections of ham, cheeze, butter, honey, jams, vegetables, olives, cornflakes, orange juice, teas and coffees.Location was excellent. on a back side very big food court and shopping street with even 2 small shopping malls of Waikiki and Defacto and Polo( with 3 times less prices than in Taksim!, and some else. . Upper Ayasofia mosque, down the street - Bosphorus Gulf and Yachts with Bosphorus Cruize for 25 lira- 3$ -per person !

The hotel is well located very accessible to tram , metro marmaray and ferry ! . Also you can walk to the sights and attractions comfortably . Stuff are very respectful and professional especially Emera , Bilal, Sadick and Sevacha and they speak good English . Breakfast is good .
