Extremely tasty food! 5 stars to people working in the kitchen, you are the best in this hotel! Most sweets are strange, not really tasty for me, like plastic, maybe something wrong with sugar. I got 63% discount, and for 30 USD, it was good balance, but for full price, I definitely will not come back. SPA was really great! + Fast check in; the staff are very friendly and helpful and can speak some English and Russian (and some even a little Dutch :D) + The room was cosy and clean (except the bathroom could use better cleaning), everything looked rather new except a bit aged shower/toilet (maybe the water stains just need better cleaning) + Very comfy pillows - that’s super rare in hotels! + The hallways and the bar terrace are nicely decorated and cosy for an evening chat; there’s decent air conditioning in the restaurant so it wasn’t too hot too eat + The hotel area is surrounded by multiple shops and restaurants and looked rather safe at night + Wifi was free with a good signal in the room (but super slow, it took ages to even upload a picture so I couldn’t use it for work) + The beach is clean and uncrowded, at around 8-min walking distance; the foreshore has small smooth pebbles so it’s safe to get in the water barefoot; the sea is mostly wavy like elsewhere in Alanya but the water is beautiful and warm + Kettle for tea in the room (and you can get some extra teabags from the restaurant)

Hotel totaly new and location is very good.I think they are after big renovation. close to beach and shooping center by walk you can reach city center 20 minutes. resraturnat food and drink variaty is many and staff very friendly. room are very good decorated and clean. water slides pool nice. very clean hotel.

I felt really comfortable and had a wonderful time at sette serenity hotel. Especially the staff was so friendly, helpful and courteous! The cleaning persons, the guys at the reception, the girls who were responsible for breakfast etc… everyone was so friendly! :) Special thanks and greetings to jacub and his team at the pool bar. :) All of you guys did a great job! :) Other things I liked: - food and drinks were delicious and fresh - 2 minutes walk to the beach - the bed was comfortable - clean and cozy rooms - I had a stunning view from the balkony - good atmosphere - enough beach chairs at the pool
