The resort is very well maintained and makes a very good impression. It's also well designed. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The meal option was generous and offered a variety of food. Spa at this resort is excellent. We booked several massages and Hamam, special thanks and appreciation to Ali who is very talented and a kind person.

Food was absolutely fabulous, the staff are wonderful and friendly, rooms very clean. The hotel is very family friendly, its lively, there was some kind of live performance every night. It's quiet when you want to sleep and relax. Heated pools inside and outside was a huge plus. We had a lovely stay.

Very clean hotel. Facilities very clean. Staff extremely attentive. I would recommend a small tip (£2) after every meal. It is a small gesture but I think word gets around the staff and they are all the more attentive due to this I think. Hotel room lovely. Due to not being full we were upgraded to a Residence apartment (twice the value of the room we booked). The pontoon on the beach was wonderful and I highly recommend spending the day on there if you are fortunate to get a sun bed which is almost impossible. There are three a la carte restaurants. These require 3 days prior booking so I would recommend booking any restaurants in advance for the first few days.
