We'll loved this place. Nicely setup with nice decor and, big apartment. The bed was very comfy. Near to everything, restaurant, supermarket, cafe atm bank just name it. Just 15mins walk to the train station (Florya). And the Manager and other's receptionist staff are so cheerful and helpful. Giving every information that we need for our day trips. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to istanbul *****. Thank you!.

I communicated via WhatsApp with the administration, where a Turkish currency of 100 euros was provided before I arrived in Turkey.. The apartment was spacious and clean, staff is great, always there to help. You have everything in the apartment like an actual home. No problem even with late check in, and also free private parking in busy street was benefit. I am 100% sure that I will return to this hotel on my next trip to Istanbul!

* Hotel arranged great taxi transfer between hotel and airport. These were spacious and comfortable mini-vans, so we were able to place children in relatively safe seats. * We had very late check-in (after midnight) and it was handled great. There were no English speaking people there at night, but driver solved problem with audio-translator. * In day hours there is English speaking reception and WhatsApp support. * Swimming pool * Air conditioning worked well (but need to check all windows are closed). * Very good kitchen, lot of cutlery. * Easy to reach paid beach (Florya) * Close to great park with many playgrounds.

Apartment was big enough. Air conditioning worked very good. Very clean. Nice bathroom. Swimming pool - 1,5 m deep - 2 steps away (cleaned precisely). Very good contact with the owner. Parking inside the property, which was very important for us. After check out the owner let us stay in the parking till the evening (thank you for that again!). Marmaray metro station is 20 mins down the street. (30 mins journey to Sirkeci). Markets available in 5 mins walk (also liquor store). Very nice park with playground for the kids (10 mins away). If we ever be in Istanbul again, we will stay there again for sure.
