Travelling with a dog always brings it's challenges. The staff were very flexible and friendly in taking care if my dog whilst I went on the balloon ride. They even sent me a picture as a check in of how she was doing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming to both of us. They made great recommendations for food and tours that allowed me to take my dog hiking. I look forward to coming back and staying here in the future.
