Prachtig hotel, vriendelijk personeel en hele schone kamers!
Absolutely stunningly beautiful Dalyan on the river.
Absolutely stunningly beautiful Dalyan on the river. There's something very spiritual about walking along the riverside path, especially at night when the rock tombs are lit up. Such a peaceful place. So glad it's a protected area, so there's no high rise blocks anywhere. The beautiful beach is protected also, and the journey there by riverboat is breathtaking. So many great restaurants to choose from - we were never disappointed. Lime restaurant stands out as one of the best. Dalyan is one of my favourite places, to which I'm hoping to return to many times.

It’s such a friendly town , the bars , restaurants, hotels , accommodations , the boat people. Dalyan is one of the nicest places I’ve ever visited, there is so much to do here . Loved getting the water taxi to Iztuzu Plaji ( ₺140 Turtle beach - English Beach ) , and on another day, the bus (₺65) to the other end of the beach ( Turkish Beach ) a lot less crowded . The English beach gets stampeded by the boats from Marmaris, around lunchtime so it’s best to visit in the mornings , what some do is get the boat to English beach and walk the 6km to the Turkish beach and catch the bus back . Sun beds are cheap at ₺50 (£1.50). There are plenty of different boat trips to choose from , you can also hire a private boat ( which I did with friends- amazing day (£250) 10am until 5pm . . Also you can do jeep safari’s , which take you to the difficult to reach places . One thing you must do is go to the top of Radar Hill , for a breathtaking view over Dalyan , Dalyan Delta , Sulungur Golu ( Lake) the mountains and the Mediterranean. Drove my car most of the way up , then walked the rest of the way , as the track was impassable in an ordinary vehicle . But if your not a walker , then this is part of one of the Jeep Safari’s. You can catch the ferry ( ₺10) over to the other side of the river , and walk up to Kaunos ruins , well worth the 2km walk , and on your way back walk towards the rock tombs , and catch the rowing boat (₺15) back across the river . My favourite place to eat was Natural Paradise Restaurant ( Doğan and his brothers will look after you , and the food is great ) and my favourite bar The Corner Bar ₺80 for a pint of beer , with two big screens to watch sports . There’s plenty to do to keep you occupied for 2 weeks for sure . And the season goes on until the end of October.

Dalyan is busier than I thought it would be with many, many bars and restaurants. Going in September meant an older customer base and we didn't see any bad behaviour !! A good base to do sightseeing.

Dalyan is a lovely small town, which is not over devloped as a tourist attraction. The facilities are great with an abundance of bars, restaurants, clothes shops and gift shops.
The town is nestled at the foot of the cliff bearing the famous carved rock tombs.
The town has a nice little park with a wooden decked pier at the water's edge, which is great for photo shots of the tombs. If you are lucky, you might see an open-air wedding ceremony on the pier with the bride and groom taking their vows against the backdrop of the tombs. If you do not witness a wedding, then you will most likely see a bride and groom posing on the pier for their wedding photo shots.
Apart from that, you might enjoy the turtle beach, the turtle hospital, boat trips to the sea and the lake, mud baths, hot springs, fishing, diving, microlight aircraft flights, jeep safaries, partying until 2 am etc. etc. etc.

The all day boat trips are great and very good value, the BBQ is excellent.
The moonlight trip is especially good. The Roman city is a must and the little cafe by the river is good too. The walk is not too far , also the graveyard on route is worth a walk round.
Taxi's are cheap and we found all the eating places very good.

We stayed at the amazing ARP Dalyan hotel which was on the river opposite the rock tombs, superb place lovely staff, clean spacious rooms with air con, big swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds, 10 min walk into town with restaurants, shops
Good value hotel on the riverside. Rooms have powerful air conditioning, a very comfortable matress and a hot shower room. Terrace with chairs and table over looking the well laid out gardens. Lovely pool and a breakfast buffet with a good choice of cereal, yogurt, bread, olives, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumber cold sausage, fruit, both dried and fresh, honey, jams biscuits and cake. Tea, coffee fruit juice available. Good value evening meal should you wish to have dinner there. A very enjoyable stay.
The breakfast was good, but could have used higher quality ingredients and more fresh food. The hotel garden area was lovely and when we were there is was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very nice and attentive though did seem to pay attention to other guests more than myself and my partner. That said, anything we asked for was given promptly and with little fuss.
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing location and design, charming atmosphere thanks to the friendly owners, great homemade breakfast and pancakes, a small pier with sunbeds to swim with a view over the ancient tombs))) The taxi boat stop to go to the Turtle beach is directly by the hotel. The vibrant town center, shops and restaurants are a 5-7 walk away.
Just what we were looking for. The inside of the villa was so comfortable and there was everything that you could need during your holiday. The outdoor area was so peaceful and the area around the pool was perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or eating meals. We will be recommending this villa to other friends and family.
I didn't read the booking confirmation properly and didn't realise they wouldn't accept card payment for the booking. Neither did they except Turkish Lira which meant I had to go to an ATM and was charged £10 for withdrawing the Euros that they wanted. Just a small inconvenience but the hotel is great value for money.
Excellent communication from Hakan before arrival. Transfer for £25 was organised by Hakan. Apartment was spacious for two, although very small bathroom. Smell of orange blossom from balcony was lovely. Heating from aircon was needed occasionally and much appreciated. Beds were comfy enough.
Very centrally located, big room and kitchen/living room. Small balcony with a river view. Good breakfast on the terrace. And it overlooks the Lycean tombs! Nice host, only parking can be problematic because they close the pedestrian street in the evening.
peaceful location, far enough away from the busy streets, but close enough to walk. Friendly helpful staff, beautiful views, enjoyable riverside dock, complimentary afternoon tea and biscuits, comfortable beds, parking was convenient
We had a very enjoyable stay at the B&B Butik hotel. Our room was good with a comfortable bed & efficient a/c.Very good Turkish breakfast every morning. The hotel is in a good location being only a 10 min walk to centre of Dalyan.
Staff is welcoming and friendly. We stayed i the midst of lockdown, restaurant with barbecue was working and food was great. It was a kind of salvation, because everything else in Dalyan was closed at that moment.
A cosy complex of apartments on outskirts of Dalyan run by a very caring family which is extended to all their guests. We ate there on a couple of occasions and we found the food good and very reasonably priced.
Staff really friendly, so close to the centre of Dalyan. A small hotel, perfect to relax in, pool was beautiful and just the perfect temperature. Breakfast delicious and different every day
Great location on the river. Small, but comfortable bedroom with a small bathroom. Friendly host. I'm sure it's a great vibe in season. We were the only guests at the time (January).
Lovely homemade pastries and jams at breakfast.
Great location for bars, restaurants, Dalyan river boats etc
Great hamam/spa next door.
Despite negatives, still value for money.
Amazing boutique hotel only a few minutes walk from the centre of Dalyan. Pool and gardens are stunning and well kept. Breakfast varied and substantial. Will definitely return.
Small, very friendly family run hotel in great location. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who were onsite everyday. Great breakfast. Looking forward to a return visit.
