Really nice and helpful staff. And cool people at the hostel.
GermanyIt's a small, "family" hostel, of those ones where it's difficult not meeting/knowing people if you like. It's very well designed and maintained, and everything was clean. There is a small café at the bottom with power sockets close to the tables. Comfortable bed, big enough locker with digital lock, excellent shower. Healthy breakfast. Very welcoming free dinner on Sunday.
ItalyLocation is excellent. Close to Istiklal street and public transport. Staff were very helpful and caring. Plenty of room and privacy.
AustraliaSurprisingly neat. Great for solo travellers as you will meet lots of new people. The hostel staff are very patient and have sent some of their staff to support due to the earthquake in Turkey and have also organised donations at the hostel. You can feel that this is a responsible and caring hostel. Also, the location is very good, close to the metro and 10 minute's walk from Istiklal Caddesi and Galata Kulesi. The ferry terminal is about 20 minutes walk away.
IrelandThe staff were really friendly. Particularly Lina, Julia and Suleyman. They went out of their way to make it cost and warm. Would go back in a blink.

RussiaIt's all about the people. The personnel are nice people. The location is near the Shishane Metro Station and the Galata Tower and it is at the starting point of Istiklal Street. They have their own cafe. Well, it is a hostel. I had a separate room which is cheaper than the same rooms in hotels. The room and the bed are nice and clean.
KazakhstanThe hostel is super well located. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. Everything was clean and tidy at all times. The people staying here were equally amazing. It was a unique experience for me!
