5 star service from start to finish, great service without being intrusive and great attention to detail from the staff but in particular Ozer made us feel very welcome. The hotel is really new but runs like it has been open for years. It is a distance from the centre of Istanbul but only a short taxi away and its perfect for leaving the city behind after an intense day. There are 3 pools to chose from, several restaurants and bars and I would definitely recommend the Spa and the Hamman, both incredible, We would definitely come back to this hotel

Istanbul is a busy city but having stayed at the Mandarin made the stay very pleasant. The location of the hotel is wonderful just by the Bosphorus and both restaurants at the hotel are by the Bosphorus which makes it perfect for the morning coffee with such an amazing view. The staff at the hotel are so sweet and welcoming and a special thank you to Ece from reception for helping us navigate through Istanbul and suggesting wonderful places. Also, Hakan, Gulbahar from the hotel's restaurant for the best service at the restaurant.
