The hotel is located in an outstanding location of Istanbul; you don’t need to use the transportations too much, and in case you needed to they are all near to the hotel. The staff was friendly. Alex is an amazing receptionist who helped us a lot and always a smile on his face. All of the staff members were friendly. The cleanliness, the staff, the location, and most importantly the rooms all together make it crucial to stay at this wonderful hotel.

we stayed in the new part of the hotel and the room was very nice clean and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and hot water all the time the breakfast has many good options and is very good. The location is amazing you can walk everywhere you want to visit from there
