About this property
The only Relais & Chateaux member of Turkey, MUSEUM HOTEL - Relais & Châteaux is set in a unique area of Uchisar with the restorations of historic ruins. This award-winning hotel provides “real” museum experience with its authentic accommodations furnished with priceless antiques. It also features a terrace with panoramic valley views. Heated outdoor pool offered by the hotel is available throughout the year. Certain rooms also include free wine taps which can be enjoyed during your stay. Offering views of the valley, the stone or cave units at the pet-friendly Hotel Museum are equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, mini-bar, safety deposit box and an electric kettle. The private bathrooms include a spa bath. Eco-friendly MUSEUM HOTEL - Relais & Châteaux produces natural fruits and vegetables in its ecological garden and daily breakfast is served buffet style with these ingredients. The à la carte Lil’a Restaurant serves forgotten Cappadoccian dishes as well as modern and classic Turkish dishes on its terrace. Cooking lessons are also offered upon request. Free on-site parking is available. The center of Uchisar is 5 mi from the property and city center of Nevsehir is 19 mi away. Around-the-clock front desk service arranges airport shuttle services to Kayseri Airport, 31 mi away, at a surcharge. The special area where MUSEUM HOTEL - Relais & Châteaux is located consists of many cave and stone houses that are thousands of years old. Rather than a modern building with floor plan and elevator, it is a historical structure that we keep focusing to preserve. Stairs in or on the way to the rooms, uneven ground, low ceilings and such like are highly possible. So, the property is not accessible for wheel chair or disabled guests. This season, our hotel will only shoot with contracted photographers and our guests are not allowed to bring photographers to the hotel.
