Staff was amazing, very welcoming and took good care of me and my family. The room are clean and with a nice decoration. We stayed in a room for 3 and we had enough space for our suitcases and to move in. The location is ideal in the middle of a neighboorhood full of restaurants, cafes and bars but yet not too noisy. And can easily and quickly reach by walk the new portside walk with shops and cafes, or the old bazaar crossing the bridge. Very convenience localisation. The hotel has a very cute and tasty coffee shop with snacks available downstairs.

The hotel is small but cozy, with a spiral staircase. Great place, small quite street.  An area of cafes and restaurants for all tastes. But at night  in silence. At the end of the street where Pandan is is a bar with a large selection of Turkish wine, I recommend. Everything is close by: tram and bus stops, funicular, ferry terminal, newly landscaped "Galataport" with promenade, noteworthy Ali Pasha hammam, crossing the fish bridge - market. Helpful staff, if you need anything - ask and there will be. Manager Davut - high culture, fluent in English, helps in the most difficult situations. He was able to cope with four Misses travelers full of requests and problems. Only one note, perhaps he could be a bit more demanding to the staff cleaning the rooms.

The hotel is very closed to all the sightseeing, in a cultural neighborhood,safe, away from the crowd of taxim. The room was big enough for 3 persons, the bed comfortable and you could make a tea or coffee. Davud was friendly and he gave us useful informations about the city. We will be back. Thank you for your hospitality.

It's near to ferry terminal and galata tower. we end up walking from taksim but it was easy since it's down hill even with luggage! because no taxi during our timing. Mr Davut was very helpful

Absolutely great place to stay! Perfect location in the middle of creative new district. Yes, there are a lof of bars around, but hotel is on parallel street, so no noise on nights (as for me). Clean room, comfort bed(!), tea potter and perfectly working wifi. Davut and other guys from reception were really friendly and helpful. For this price and in the center location it's best choice
