I liked everything about this hotel our stay was excellent! The superior rooms were outstanding. Amazing views from the balcony of the sea, hot tub, spacious and clean bathrooms. The rooms were spotless clean by the lovely maid every day. The food was just delicious with a wide variety for breakfast, lunch, snack time and dinner. They had traditional Turkish food as well as European/ British style dishes. The waiting staff are very hard working and go the extra mile to make sure tables are clean and guests are comfortable. Chefs also come out during meal times and take any questions so you can ask questions about dishes if you have dietary restrictions. The front desk staff were helpful and attentive. The hotel offers money exchange, excursions, hamam, hairdressers, water sports, evening entertainment and much more within its facilities. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Everything was fantastic, we regularly stay at this hotel and it get better every year. The big improvements this year include the food in the restaurant, the Ala-Carte snack menu being 12-6pm and a good menu selection cooked fresh. The addition of the Gozleme and Ice cream stands being available 12-6pm. The entertainment team again was fantastic, as well as outside dance groups in the Cozzy Bar, the team really made an effort to interact with the guests and had a busy day program. The bar staff in the Cozzy Bar lead by Cem was excellent and they work hard to make the drinks and cocktails and also to have a laugh with the guests. The fitness suite has also had a refurb with some new CV equipment.

the hotel had everything we needed, it was pleasant, comfortable and in a perfect location in the centre and just off the beach. food was varied and plentiful the extra snacks (waffles,Turkish wraps) were a nice touch in the afternoon, drinks were always flowing and I liked the table service at lunch. staff here are hard working very accommodating and always smiling.
