Lovely staff, so helpful and accommodating. Make you feel home. The location was near a mall and many other shops and restaurants. Will come back again to the same hotel if visited ordu for sure.

IndiaStaff were excellent, they could not have been more helpful. They parked our car in the car park across the street, took our luggage into our room & did the reverse when we checked out. Breakfast was good too! We have stayed in over 15 hotels in Turkey this year and this was by far the best experience!
