The owner and receptionist all are very helpful and Friendly. Mehmet, Emir all of them. Breakfast was great with magnificent view. Everything 2-5 min walking distance. You won't disappoint at all.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in the Sultanahmet. Clean, comfortable, wonderful staff. The location is excellent, in the middle of everything plus views of the Sea of Marmara and the Bosphorous Strait.

They even step up to help in matters unrelated to your stay; for example, my Uber canceled on me and I had to be somewhere at a certain time, the hotel owner guided me on what to do and the receptionist carried some of my many bags with me to the taxi stop, they were extremely helpful Comfortable beds, cozy vibe, felt like home Location; all of the main landmarks in Sulltanhamet ar walking distance from the hotel

This was my second time at the Magnaura Palace Hotel. Stayed there first two years ago and it met my expectations perfectly. I decided to book it this time as well and didn't regret it for a second. The staff was very friendly and helpful (I would especially mention Mr. Aydın who was always greeting me with his charming smile). Breakfast is good enough as well. Rooms are clean and cozy. Location is just perfect near to Hagiya Sofia and The Blue Mosque. Plenty of restaurants round the corner.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was great lots to choose from. My biggest complaint was there is no view from your room as advertised and you can’t take a drink to the rooftop. It’s not a luxury hotel, but nice.

The hotel was perfectly located in the Old City five minutes from the Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The staff was absolutely superb in helping us make arrangements for tours. The breakfast area had a spectacular view of the Bosphorus. We enjoyed everything about our experience at the Magnaura and will stay there again if we make another trip to Istanbul.

We had a really memorable experience at this hotel and stayed here twice at the beginning and end of our Turkey trip. There was just a feeling about this place that made it feel like home - the people who work here and run the place are incredibly welcoming, helpful, and personable. The breakfast was really good, and the dining space has a very aesthetically pleasing atmosphere and view. The location is also so convenient for some top sites. The second time we stayed, we genuinely looked forward to being there again and seeing friendly faces. We also used the private car service to / from the airport the second time and were happy we did, as it was a much more pleasant experience than getting a taxi and not a materially different price. Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling to Istanbul!
