We love everything!! Perfect location to visit the main attractions. The hotel is absolutely clean, breakfast was perfect, rooms are big, hot water, the outside area is soo lovely specially at night. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The owner is amazing, we had a great time here and we made a good Turkish friend, plus we learnt to play backgammon, have a lovely dinner and in general so much fun 2 night turned into 4 nights here just chilling💞 (Probably the owner wants us out by then XD kidding) Thank you for everything Cüneyt!!!

Brilliant owners, super lovely and helpful, we were able to have our clothes washed too. The room was simple and just right for what we needed. Breakfast was lovely and filling too! We had help booking a taxi to the main areas and shared with other guests to help split the costs too. The hotel is super quiet and perfectly located near the train station!

Good location directly under the Church of Johannes, to Ephesos 3km. I got a very nice room with windows to two sides. Breakfast is served in the green yard with a spring. Stuff ist very friendly, my clothes have been washed for not much money.

Tuncay is situated in Selçuk, a 1-hour drive from Izmir. It offers a courtyard with a mandarin tree and a large balcony with a fireplace and traditional Turkish seating areas.

The simply furnished guest rooms are light and come with parquet floors. They are equipped with a private bathroom and fan.

Guests can start the day by the courtyard fountain and enjoy a Turkish breakfast with tomatoes, olives and bread. During the season, fresh mandarins from the courtyard tree are served as well.

After a busy day, the cushions and Turkish pillows on the balcony offer a relaxing setting to enjoy the sun or get some warmth from the fire. BBQ facilities are available for warm evenings.

The Kusadasi Port is a 15-minute drive away from Tuncay. A free pick-up service from the Selcuk Bus Station, a 5-minute walk away, can be arranged anytime.
