Сool little town with friendly people, different restaurants and cafes, big and small shops, great food market, marina and promenade by the sea. I recommend for a couple of days, also to visit the thermal springs in the mountains once. Get to Yalova by ferry from Istanbul in 1.5 hours. Everything is cheap and easy.

It seemed like a good place to be.. there was cheap transport wid variety of places to eat.. the Mrs was pleased with the shops and tbe kids were pleased with the entertainment available.. the city appeared to be a safe place for families and children. When we arrived, there was an issue that I won't mention. The hotel has plenty of good reviews and I don't want to besmirch that for something that the hotel says was not their fault. The room itself was very nice and the staff was very nice as well. The issue was not able to be resolved on our end and, to the hotel's credit, they timely issued a full refund. Thus, they have a positive review from us.

Not many speak proper English but the Tall guy and Nice girl are speak very good (sorry, did not remember names). Breakfast is very nice, always fresh and decent. Gym is minimal but free and cozy. Possible to order sauna. Rooms are spacious, modern and quiet. Good hot water and always clean towels. Very comfortable hotel.

The restaurant is very good and not expensive. The best restaurant in Yalova is Tike. But it does not worth this money. On the street Istanbul you can find some small fish shop that is also fish restaurant. Very cheap and crazy tasty! It is somewere in the end of the Istanbul street, on the lef side. Enjoy!)
