I recommend this hotel, it has excellent customer service, the guys who work at the reception are very friendly and help you with everything you need. You can ask them any question and they will help you with good information. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and are very clean. It has good sound insulation. The hotel is located in a very central place with many shops around it, it is easy to reach.We will definitely come back <3

The hotel has a good location, close to public transport. The room looks like in the photos and offers great value for money. Things that really made this hotel experience stand out in a good way; -cleaning staff was very friendly and changed the sheets when requested. The room was very clean and they brought water and tea/coffee sachets every day. -the gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly guys, happy to assist on any personal request in order to make the stay more comfortable. Thank you for the great experience!

Staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially the house keepers who made sure I always had water, tea and coffee. I was travelling alone and I felt very safe within the hotel and the surroundings. Great location, right in the middle of town with lots of shops and restaurants to explore right on your doorstep. The 7th floor has a beautiful view of istanbul Doesn't provide snacks but has a selection of hot drinks so it was nice to enjoy a coffee or a tea whilst admiring the view.
