This property has it's own private driveway that is secured and controlled by an electric gate where parking for guests is available . The apartment is very private and neatly tucked off to the side of the entrance. Inside includes a cozy bedroom with a comfy king sized bed fit for beauty sleep and power naps and private bathroom for your convenience. The space also includes a modern, open concept kitchen and living/sitting room for all your cooking, dinning and entertainment needs. Here you will also find the second bathroom, this allows accommodation for groups of up to 3 adults. very laundry room just outside.
I am a down to earth person very respectful to others.
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.. We can be found in El Socorro San Juan, situated along the East West corridor of the island; a mere 10 mins away from the capital city of Port Of Spain. This newly renovated apartment is in close proximity to all major routes of public transportation, supermarkets, local restaurants and international fast food franchises, police and gas station, health centers, mini malls and more.
