United States of AmericaMost everything was great, I especially liked that the room had wired internet in addition to wifi. The wired connection was much faster. Big bed, hot water, lots of outlets, plenty of lights, chair and desk, shuttle to train! When there were too few guests for buffet they hand delivered a nice hot breakfast. Also got brut and cake on Christmas Eve. They let me put my rental bike in the lobby.

The breakfast buffet was super delicious with excellent choices. If you are exploring Hualien with Klook, the hotel is right across the pick up point you literally just have to walk like 2 minutes. Also, Hualien Night Market is just a quick 10-minute walk passing along a lovely and peaceful street and with the weather so fine nothing else can be more relaxing than a wonderful evening stroll. Upon checkout, they provided free dropoff to the train station so that was really kind of them. :)

ChinaThe front desk staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful, they provided tips about what to see and where to eat, and even booked a tour of Taroko Gorge for me. The location is excellent, a real neighbourhood right at the edge of the downtown triangle. Free laundry facilities are also a plus. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location was perfect for us, next to the shopping area and their free train station pick up/drop off service was really convenient. The staff was really polite, some of them spoke quite good English, others not, but they were always ready to help. The breakfast was also quite satisfying with both, Western and Asian choices offered. Overall an excellent choice if you want to spend a couple of days in Hualien!
