Stati UnitiThe place was amazing, the moment you stepped in it feels like royalty (exaggerating), the service was great, the staff was helpful and informative, they are welcoming, polite and respectful, kudos to their hard work. The room was big, with a balcony and with a great view, we can see the Taipei 101 on our side of the hotel! I love it!

We had a room with city view at 9F in main building which provided us a great view of nighttime Taipei city. Though the hotel is close to Taipei Songshan airport, the soundproof of the room was better than I thought.

Regno UnitoGrand by name and grand nature! Such an iconic building and the interior is very attractive too! All the staff we came across were very professional, friendly and polite. We joined the guided tour before checking in, which was really enjoyable, given us an insight to the history of the hotel and a tour to the escape tunnel. As it was our wedding anniversary on the day, the hotel kindly gave us a bottle of red wine to celebrate. What a thoughtful gesture! The buffet dinner was full of choices with delicious international dishes, drinks were included, desserts were heavenly lovely, Haagen dazes ice cream was a bonus! We had such a brilliant stay that we’ve decided to stay at the hotel for all our future wedding anniversaries.
