The property is beautiful found on the way up from Hualien. The place let us drop our bags off early and start hiking in Taroko Gorge. They provide a shuttle service to the various trail heads and back to Hualien. At night, there was a show to learn more about the Taroko people and it’s history.

The property location is in the middle of taroko and has a beautiful location. It is a little more out of the way compared to some other locations but there is nothing that the hotel will not provide. The hotel staff were amazing and helped with everything and anything that was needed. The food was amazing. There was not one thing I did not enjoy about this hotel.

Beautiful place, close to Taroko trails. Delicious dinner. Very nice and English speaking staff. Nice and informative performances every night (stayed two nights, performances were different) with English explanations. Nice cabins, comfortable bad

Our bungalow, the property, the location, and especially the people who ran the operation.

I liked learning about Taiwan aborigines through their evening performance and the food, etc. Bed and shower were wonderful. Staff really went out of their way to answer questions.

It's a great location. It's easily accessible by train to XINCHENG station then taxi (TW$500). There is also a bus from the station. Reception booked us a full-day tour of the park with English speaking guide and the tour was great (had to pay cash, but an ATM was available at the 7/11). The kitchen staff took a lot of trouble to ensure my wife got gluten-free food. The evening concerts performed by youth groups were informative (some English translations provided) and entertaining. We were happy to spend our money with a hotel dedicated to providing opportunities for aboriginal Taiwanese youth. One tip - the tour buses arrive from Taipei in the afternoon. They form long convoys. So go to the park in the morning.

The view is unbeatable. You are surrounded by mountains! Great meals. Breakfast and dinner both have great varieties. We can experience food from different cultures. Super friendly staff. I am looking forward to going back again.

Nice selection of food both for breakfast and dinner. Because we were staying for 4 nights and we eat mainly vegetables, they went out of their way to provide us with some additional dishes (without extra charge). Front desk and staff very helpful and quick to respond.

We had a lovely time with our 3 children aged 4, 9 and 11 yo. The staff was very welcoming and nice, some of then speak good English and they had good recommendations about trails in Taroko. The food was good quality and quantity, the location is amazing and the landscapes around are outstanding. We would recommend this place.

The entertainment was a great surprise. The view is terrific, as is the food and service! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
