United States of AmericaIt was pouring rain during our stay. The front desk had spare umbrellas to loan which was a huge help and ordered us taxis so we didn't have to search in the rain. Very clean and still following strict covid protocols during July. Noticed staff speaking Japanese as well as Mandarin and English. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. The room was a good size compared to some Asian business-oriented hotel rooms that tend to be smaller efficiencies. We didn't take advantage of the food so I cannot review that.
United States of AmericaBreakfast was excellent, had everything to satisfy Asians and Western customers, and the personnel very friendly and efficients, just as much as the reception personnel who were also very efficients.. Thank you to all of them!! This Hotel did not get 5 stars just because there is no swimming pool but I give them a five stars for the efficient and flawless service.
FranceSolid and reliable - just what you would expect from a four-star hotel. I drove to Tainan so I appreciated the underground parking lot. The rooms are large, comfortable, and soundproof. Also, even though the COVID-19 measures were in place, the hotel still offered a buffet breakfast which was a big plus. There is an option to mix your own tea from a variety of herbs which I made ample use of at breakfast.
