I really liked the courtyard full of greenery, various swings and sofas. The bungalow was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and a little different every day. The location was great - just a 5-minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants right there. And of course the friendly dog Bro.

We loved the breakfast of fresh fruit & eggs cooked as requested along with pancakes, samosas, avocado… something different each day. Simplicity done extremely well. Impressed also at being able to cater confidently for serious egg & dairy allergy sufferer too. The location is peaceful just off the beach.

Everything was superb! really nice owners and staff. Location is perfect - beach really close, also good restaurants. Room was very clean and nice, AC worked perfectly. Pool area was really nice and chill, opportunity to order food and drinks. Max was also really helpful organizing tours for us with really good prices. Thank you Max for that. Tutto! Everything was perfect. I was immediately conquered by the relaxing atmosphere, the kindness and generosity of the owner Max. Then I discovered the beautiful and welcoming room, with all the comforts and attention to detail. The cleaning, the breakfast, the swimming pool, the availability of all the staff are also excellent. In one minute walking I was at the beach! I will miss the Babalao, hope to go back one day.

This place is very new, everything in good conditon. You can find everything you whish for: nice pool with quiet chill out music , clean room with air conditon, fan, moscito net, big bed, nice drinks and the best: breakfast all day long, so no need to put an alarm to avoid missing breakfast. At night it was quiet. Max and his wife are good hosts, providing all the information you need for a good stay in Nungwi. absolutly nothing to complain about even if i really try to find something :)
