We had a wonderful time here. Staff lead by manager Tony couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. The food was the best we had in Zanzibar and reasonably priced. The room was pretty spacious and comfortable. All in all it was simply great!

If I could I’d be booking another room at Chikachika next week! This is how great this place is. It just gives you these good vibes and makes you come back for more. The outdoor area is very relaxing - you’re surrounded by nice tropical plants, having your feet buried in sand and listening to good and chill music. The WiFi works fine. So does AC and ceiling fan. The rooms are cleaned daily. You will get a plate of fruit before main breakfast meal there and you absolutely must try their lunch/dinner menu. Their restaurant is actually called Dodoki and I think they are one of the best places to eat in the area. Affordable and delicious. They do make great drinks too!

Nice, simple and affordable accommodation in Nungwi. Walking distance to the beach and the turtle aquariums. Nice breakfast too. I liked it in general. Worth noting, it’s about 15 minutes from the main beaches in Nungwi and where the nightlife happens.

The place is really nice, you can chill in the garden and listen the ocean waves. It is not in the center of all restaurants and bars but you can go ther in 10’minutes by walking. The beach is 50 m from the room. The guys that working here are really nice and we had a lot of fun together. Thank you a lot!

The stuff was really friendly. Communication was quick and they were helpful in everything. The room was clean, they came everyday for housekeeping. Air conditioner worked properly. We got 1 extra towel for the beach which is a big extra point. Restaurant-bar: breakfast was okey, we never felt hungry and generally the restaurant was really good in quality and price also. Coctails were delicious and in good price too.

Everything about Chikachika can be described truely as great. It is a cosy, humble yet beautiful place with the kindest staff. We basically loved the place, our stay and specially the food. A stay in Chikachika is not complte without trying their delicious food.
