The beach and the resorts are beautiful. People are amazing! This situation with the Masai though its literally unbearable. They don't know when to stop bothering you. I am there to enjoy the sun and the beach not to be harassed by them, after I kindly explained that I don't wish to talk, have a good day, they literally follow me and don't leave me alone. Nungwi used to be a small fishersmen's town, but it is now buzzing with bars, hotels and restaurants and lots of activities to do. If you want to go on a snorkeling trip, or have other fun activities. Then this is your spot. I appreciated the beautiful ful of the ocean - with the clear blue waters and the fishermen working.

What i liked most is the Staff who were very caring especially when my daughter fell ill there did their best to help her. Food and ambience were just great not forgetting about the friendly owners, I would definately recommend a friend of even family members at your property, I have nothing to complain of.

Nungwi is a good place for a traveler. The place has a lot of trees around it which makes it more beautiful for someone who loves nature. You get to breath fresh air. However, the roads are not well maintained which makes it worse when it rains, but I think it is part of the experience. As you get to see how good the boda boda guys are at riding their bikes.Michel

A perfect spot right on the beach, breakfast overlooking the ocean. .. perfect. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Plenty of loungers cushions and parasols for shade. An added bonus was an off licence just round the corner to purchase a cold beer 🍺 whilst Watching the evening sunset. Lots of restaurants a stone's throw away if you don't eat in the hotel. Although we ate elsewhere the food in the hotel looked yummy....
