Located a stone’s throw from Mikocheni light industries, Mikocheni Condo hotel & apartments is a hidden gem that offers apartments and hotel rooms in Mikocheni area in Dar es salaam. Our little shade under the hot Dar es Salaam sun is welcoming and with all the amenities we need in the 21st century (wifi <3 and Air Conditioning.) The hotel  offers a 24-hour front desk, a Restaurant, bar, outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi and hotel shuttle. At the hotel, every room includes a desk, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. Each apartment  features a balcony with pool views and is also fitted with a kitchen with a stove, a kettle and a microwave. The units have a seating area. A continental breakfast is served every morning at the property. There is also a Free Access Computer for use by guests.

Neighborhood info

The property is around a  15-minute walk from the Mikocheni beach front and 10 minute drive to the University of Dar es Salaam and Mlimani City Mall and Conference Center. Our apartments are in a friendly and busy part of the city, with easy access to the CBD, businesses and night life.  Most areas of interest including Masaki and Makumbusho are within 10 minutes distance by car, and very easy access to public transport and Uber (ridiculously easy). Mikocheni is a great choice for travelers interested in business, sunshine and beaches.
