Breakfast was great, continental, with boiled eggs and ham, fruit and pastry selection - English breakfast/eggs of your choice available per request. Lovely staff and nice view of the beach from the restaurant. Place with a cool vibe. Rooms were okay but could use A/C.

Beautiful location, aesthetically perfect. Loved the dining area overlooking the ocean, the beach bar with white sandy floor. Salt water pool with comfortable loungers under thatched umbrellas to escape the midday sun. Properly also arranges day trips at competitive rates, taxis to and from the airport, into town etc. making it an easy pain-free stay. Serving staff were all very helpful and friendly. Such beautiful, humble people. Rooms cleaned twice a day, and sprayed to keep mosquitoes away. Staff also sensitive to giving you space and privacy so you can truly relax and unwind without being interrupted.

What a beautiful place. The staff was phenomenal. They really made us feel at home. They helped arrange all kinds of fun and interesting adventures on the island for us. This whole place is great. It's beautiful, well-situated (right on the beach, and basically everything we wanted and more. They have a nice restaurant opened from 8am-10pm and a terrific beach bar for fun drinks and snacks. And this place is a good value compared to others spots on the island. Loved it!

Tsunami village is right on the beach. The units are very need and nicely decorated. The gardens are beautiful and it got a good restaurant on the property. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It got a nice pool with lots of sun beds to relax.

Wonderful facilities and bungalows, amazing swimming pool; all surrounded by a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent food in the restaurant and very good breakfast. The staff was very helpful, kind, and easygoing, thanks for all, guys. We had such an amazing 3-day stay there :-)

The location, staff, and rooms were great. The food was awesome for the most part - loved almost all of it. We did not get the best because of the long COVID19 shutdown but we would recommend the place and will be back for sure! Juma was exceptional. The Italian owners - Guido, Luca, & Simone were all very helpful before and during our trip. The swimming pool was awesome and warm! The beach is just yards from the center of the rooms and proved very enjoyable.

The location was really amazing everthing with a jungle beachy feeling. It loooked better than expected. We were very happy about the owner, Sascha, of Tsunami Village. She was helpfull and kind the whole stay. Without her we wouldn't have seen such great parts of the island.

Due to the Italian owner the quality of food, beverage and even the solid rooms and bath equipment is exceptional for Zanzibar. The chef and all staff are well educated to serve customer oriented. It's a quit and relativly small hotel with relaxing and familiar atmosphere. Ideal for couples in honey moon. No tourism overloading.
