Great beach and pool, really like paradise. Philipo was an excellent waiter. We received all the help we needed from the reception. Airport transfer expensive but reliable.

GermanyWe stayed at Villa Dahl for 2 nights before a flight back home after a longer trip in southern Tanzania. Our aim was to find a nice getaway from hustle and bustle of Dar, but close enough to the airport (40 minutes without traffic) at the same time. Villa Dahl fits these needs perfectly and we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. During day time this small resort became rather busy (especially the pool area was full of guests) - it's a popular place to spend a weekend apparently! After 10pm it was quiet though, so we had a good night sleep. We liked the lively atmosphere and appreciate attentive staff members who took care about our needs perfectly. Double room was neat and clean, with comfy bed and western standard bathroom. They serve excellent food as well!
