The hotel is very nice and quiet right in front of the sea (swimming depends on the tide but there is a pool). Staff was friendly, helpful and polite. Room was very clean and had everything needed. Food in the restaurant was really good, some of the best we had in Jambiani/Zanzibar. Jambiani village is within walking distance.

The location of the hotel is picturesque. The hotel is great for those who look for peaceful and quiet vacation. WITH 11 rooms and full service, it almost felt like a private resort. The food is amazing, you must ask the chef to make you local dishes - these are exceptional. Stuff was very kind, friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs.

The resort is very beautiful. The location is close to the small villiage where you can visit restaurants and buy souvenirs. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Also, we recommend to try the hotel massages! Regarding the room, the hotel staff every day swipped the floor and changed the towels. The food at the hotel restaurant was very delicious.

Super peaceful place, amazing view on the private beach, where we could appreciate the tides changing during the day. Staff super friendly and nice to us, always checking for us and giving advices. We also upgraded our room to the one just in front of the beach and it was super worthed, as the view of the sunrise was super. Amazingly tasty food, we tried almost all the menu and every plate was a discovery, super well cooked and dressed. Being low season we were the only guests, and we had all the space, tables, sunbeds and services, all for us. We felt home and we didn't want to leave.

We spent part of our honeymoon at Zanzest Hotel. As a surprise, they decorated our room with a lot of beautiful flowers. The manager Caroline and the whole staff were lovely and always kind and attentive. We stayed in the seaview deluxe room, which was just perfect. There was always more than enough hot water for showering, and the water pressure was the best we've had during our entire trip. The breakfast was generous and delicious, just like all the other food. Although this wasn't an issue for us, we feel like we need to mention that the menu is not vegan like the name of the hotel indicates. There were some vegetarian options but we're not sure any of them were vegan. We mostly spent our days at the pool, but when it was low tide you could also lay at the beach. Swimming is only possible at high tide. We would definitely book a room at Zanzest Hotel again if we come back to Jambiani in the future!

The place is perfect, we loved the last days we spent in Zanzibar at Zanzest Vegan Hotel. We were in the Lion room (superior with sea view, just beautiful!), big bed and really comfortable. The staff super kind and nice. We took lunch during our stay all days at the hotel because food was delicious and the place is just incredible. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the East Sea, we hope to repeat soon :)
