Teniamos contratada otra familiar, pero llegamos con mucho equipaje y nos la cambiaron ,amablemente, por esta, Hubieramos tenido que subir OTRO tramo de escaleras. Subrayo otro, porque son 4 plantas (de pisos de altura antigüa) sin ascensor. El desayuno es casi familiar y,aunque no era excepcional, cumplia con nota. Otros alojamientos en lviv eran infames con respecto a este. Aconsejo recorrer todos los pasillos, tiene rincones curiosos. Para los fumadores hay una galeria interior a 2 pasos de recepcion. “I was truly impressed with Hotel Plazma from the moment I walked in the reception area. There is an atmosphere of times gone by with many old photos, artifacts, maps, furniture which is quite welcoming. Staff are very pleasant, helpful and there for you when needed. This was not just the front desk staff but housekeeping and kitchen staff when encountered. Rooms are big (I had a deluxe double) with plenty of room. Being the off-season, I had a deluxe hotel room for the price of hostel. It also had all the things you get with a hotel (towels, shampoo, etc). Wi-fi was very good. There was much light in the room (natural from big windows and artificial from several lights). There was also an iron and board, slippers and wardrobe. The free breakfast was cooked to order and quite good. Location on Svobody Prospekt is in centre of Lviv. I will return and stay again.”“0” Leer más

“I needed the place close enough to the city center to stay for one night. And I didn't expect much given the price though I've been impressed with the hotel. It is small but really clean and tidy, everything needed is provided. You won't believe but they are so thorougfull that even provided the rug for make up cleancing.
