Очень хорошее расположение 10 минут до моря и рядом есть парк. Замечательный вид из окна на море. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Милые приятные хозяева)

Сразу после бронировки со мной связались в чате владельцы , уточнили в котором часу нам будет удобно заселится . Хозяева оказались очень милые и гостеприимные люди , что не может не радовать))) По приезду ждали в квартире , все показали и рассказали . В апартаментах оказалось абсолютно ВСЕ необходимое для комфортного проживания! В общем , все как на фото ) Стоит отметить чудесный балкон с видом на море , на котором было приятно поужинать с бутылочкой вина ) Идти до моря очень близко . Месторасположение вообще отличное! С обоих сторон Парковая зона . Луна-парк и Дельфинарий , Набережная Ланжерон в пяти минутах ходьбы. Что касается моря и пляжей, то как по мне это лучшая пляжная линия! Море конечно переменчивое , сегодня чистое , завтра - нет . Но, в целом отпуск удался на славу ))) Если будем ещё в Одессе , то только сюда !!)))

For rent my own cozy and quiet one-bedroom apartment situated on Chernomorska Street, the first row to the sea, near the beach and Nemo Dolphinarium. Perfect for stay during vacation or business trip if you like living close both to the city center and to the seacoast.The main advantage of this flat is the large balcony with the sea view.The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, the bedroom with bed and sofa with orthopedic mattress, bathroom renovated freshly. Air conditioner, fridge, microwave, wifi, bathtub, boiler, washing machine everything works perfectly.Langeron beach (400 meters walking distance) and The Health Track are near my apartment. 5-kilometer asphalt road starts from the Shevchenko park and runs along the coast to the Arcadia beach. Here you may ride bicycles and roller skates. To the other side the historical Odessa city center is 10 minutes walking distance.Access to transport is near and a 24 hour supermarket is 50 metres away on site.I speak English but not very fluently, please write me if you are interested. And welcome to my apartment.
