Being just outside (but within walking distance) of the old town the hotel has its own free and secure parking lot with plenty of space, even for large cars. Breakfast is beautifully presented; the outstanding eggs Benedict are the best I have ever eaten. My wife was delighted with the extent to which our very attentive waitress was able to customise her breakfast to meet her dietary needs. The friendly reception staff outdid themselves helping us with the starting problem with our car. Within a short time they organised assistance. Futhermore, an item we had left behind was forwarded to us within 24 hours.

Later we discovered a tray of fruit and Champaign placed in our room after cleaning. At the time I was at a lose for words. I have been in many hotels in my travels but I have never encountered such thoughtfulness. I would have been pleased with just a cup of coffee and a pastry. ;) Amazing.

PolandI am staying at the Citadel hotel again. The service is at a high level. Friendly and professional staff. Comfortable rooms, delicious cuisine. The hotel and location are especially beautiful at different times of the year. A quiet area that will allow you to relax and concentrate.
UkraineSafe stay with well equipped shelter (unfortunetly, but its important now:( ), nice big and amazing territory with the big parking place. We were very kindly upgraded to a suite assisted by hotel manager who was super efficient & very friendly . Our room was large with a bathroom of marble. Welcome in the room included one of their very own chocolate truffles and macaroons, which you can also purchase in the restaurant . Breakfast was busy but were seated with coffees within 5 mins. Waiters in there were all working so hard & the service was seamless - the food choice was fantastic & all very fresh and delicious. Everyone on staff is friendly, helpful and efficient in their service. We will be returning and we will be sure to stay at the Citadel.
