Reception was extremely polite and helpful! The girl with the blue eyes made sure all of my questions were answered and that I was very well taken care of at all times. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well! I would highly recommend any friend or family to stay here.

The best thing is the hotel staff, you get the best service you could get. The double bed room has everything you need, luxurious room. The breakfast is nice with relaxing music. Best hotel in the city center.

Great location in the city downtown. Three metro stations are within walking distance. Main street Khreschatyk just 10. min walk away. Many good cafe and restaurants around. The room was big and clean. Good hairdryer. King size comfortable bed. I had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant on the 15th floor. Great view and great food.
