beautiful 😍 rooms and location safely and 😃 staff so much polite and best experience with the meeting of how much great effort put in affect of helping out with our surrounded area as transportation and showed good news, as in tv liked the most convenient where not much news so political news was great deal not be on tv due for we needed time off the world's hard times best achieve when hotels have staff employees whom give positive mood which brings the customers good 😊 days motivation for not being too much unsure 🤔 staff are great 😃 for this place put our family 1 in great 😃 happy 😊 days positive self strengthen is great have

The room was nice and clean, despite the fact that they were undergoing facade renovations. The price for the room in the center of Kiev was among the best options. I stayed in other hotel for almost the same price but the conditions were so much worse. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

My only complaint is that I do not eat meat and the staff would tell me "There's no meat in this" and I would bite it and there was meat! *I never used the pool or spa, so I have no comments on that. *I appreciated the staff's discretion and respect for my privacy *The woman who organized my corona test was very energetic and made sure it worked out. She showed sincere care!
