Even I was coming almost an hour late due to traffic conditions, Alexey, the host, was waiting for me patiently in the agreed location, and with a real mathematic precision he presented me the apartment, and the ways in an out of the location. The blockhouse is modern, well maintained, located conveniently close to shopping supermarkets and coffee shops. The apartment is very clean and during my stay, the apartment was cleaned once again. I have only positive comments about the hosts and the apartment. Highly recommend the place.

Supermarket downstairs and a bakery with delicious French-style breads. Restaurants and cafes closeby.

The room has a large double bed, sofa, TV, bedside tables, air conditioning, The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery. Guests can use the Internet, Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board, washing machine, separate tumble dryer, two wardrobes, hair dryer, boiler, shower, bed linen, towels, slippers and toiletries. The apartment can comfortably accommodate a family of three or four people.
