(note: I manage only few words of English and few of Russia) Reprogrammed the key-card in a blink, when I was unable to open the room door, explained everything I was unsure about. Gave information about breakfast etc. etc. She also ordered a honest taxi for me, which arrived in time as promised,, Thumbs up for both !! All in all, highly recommended, With all Best Wishes to my blond receptionist !! Hng.
