We are professional, well organized rental company. We manage luxury property for rent in the different districts of the central Kiev. Key pick-up is on the reception on Baseina Street (working hours 08:00 - 01:00). Our managers were personally in all apartments we published here and they can tell you any information in details. We take care for our customers and provide support in all stages of your itinerary: from airport pick-up, check-in in comfortable office, 24/7 phone line and up to check-out and way back to airport.

The highest skyscraper in Ukraine - residential tower of 47 floors. Klovsky descent is a historical part of Kiev and a business center of the city. This location allows you to observe the best panorama of Kiev from the windows of the spacious apartments: Lavra, The Motherland Monument, the Dnieper slopes and the center of the capital. Mariinsky park and "Arsenal'na" metro station are just one block away from the building. The central street - Khreschatyk - is within 20-minute walk. Supermarket "Good Wine", as well as many restaurants, cafes, bars and nightclubs are located on the next street. The nearest mall - "Gulliver" and "Arena City"entertainment complex are in walking distance from the building. Metro "Klovskaya" just three minutes on foot.
