United States of AmericaCraftsmanship of all the woodwork is impressive, does not look tacky and feels very cozy. The grounds are well kept with cute nooks everywhere. The sauna was clean and a wonderful experience. Beautiful views from the balcony.

Very good food in the restaurant with the best service! Jacuzzi with hot water and champagne in the yard and around the snow and the view from above. It's amazing and unforgettable! Oh YES! UkraineI was so lucky to have my first visit to Bukovel and staying in this beautiful hotel, Great memories, great people, great food, the view of the pool are really unbelievable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for ALL my friends, families, couples to stay in this hotel and enjoy quality time around the hotel facilities whenever they decide to visit bukovel. The last I would exclusively like to Thank Mr. Sergio on the reception area he made my days and he assist me a lot to explore the place and having great support during my stay I will never forget such nice person honestly.
