Everything was excellent, friendly staff, clean room, nice view from the room, tasty breakfast.

FinlandAs an ex local citizen I can judge well enough... Really happy that Reikartz merged that old-fashioned hotel "Ukraїna". Now it's really worse to stay in! We had Grand Twin room №417 on the 4th floor with an amazing view right at the heart of the city. The room was minimalistic style, fresh, tidy and extra clean. Very comfortable beds with high quality linen. Bathroom looked brand new! We had all necessary things and two complementary water bottles. No issues with the hot water, safe, AC, TV, electricity or noisy neighbours! The receptionist was helpful. There was also a parking place inside of the hotel's yard. Even continental breakfast was good enough for the 3-star hotel. We enjoyed staying there, will defenetly recommend it to other visitors. (But we only mean the 4th, renovated floor)
