Downstairs there is a table football game and seating area with 3 seater sofa, loveseat and armchair, dining area seating 6, master bathroom with queen bed, patio doors to the pool area, 24" TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with garden tub, separate shower cubicle, twin basins and WC. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, pantry and large fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser. Breakfast nook seating 4. Utility room with washer and dryer. Further family seating area with 3 seater sofa, loveseat and armchair, 30" TV, DVD player and patio doors to the pool area. There is a full family bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC and the garage has been converted to a games room with pool table and ping pong table. Upstairs there is an open seating area with 3 seater sofa, 24"TV, second master bedroom with queen bed, double closet, and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC.
