Hi There I have being doing property rentals for over 20 years and am highly experienced at it. I started doing long term rentals for a 1 year or longer. But in late 2017 I started doing vacation rentals in various downtown Atlanta locations. I have lived in Atlanta since 2000 but am originally from Ireland. I have an Mechanical Engineering Degree from the Dublin Institute of Technology and a Masters degree in Electric Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy NY. Earlier in my career I traveled the world building and maintaining power stations so I am very familiar with the challenges of not being able to speak the language in another country. That is why I make a extra effort to welcome overseas guests and help them in anyway I can with information about Atlanta or anything I can help with. This a two bedroom home with one full bath. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds on a nice wooden bed frame. There is plenty of closet space. The back Yard has a nice big deck. The living room has a sleeper sofa. We have a brand new ceiling fan in both bedrooms with a build in LED light and remote. In addition to Linens, Towels, shampoo and body wash we also have coffee, Tea sugar and creamer. Just bring your tooth brush and tooth paste and your will be good. The Property is located close to Buckhead and Emory with fast access to major highways I75, I85 and 400.
