This beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bath home comfortably sleeps 9 guests with an additional queen pull out sofa in the living room. Enjoy the tranquility of Folly when you step out onto the balcony in the front of the home with direct view of the ocean, or relax on the back porch with dining for 6 off of the living room. Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it. NO Smoking or Pets allowed. Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this property. The property is monitored by a noise monitoring system. It does not listen or record but will alert you and the office if your group goes above the noise ordinance limit. If this occurs your group may be asked to vacate the property or be fined.
