Champions Gate is a brand new sub-division located a stone's throw from Interstate 4 for quick access to the Disney attractions. This pretty town home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a very private courtyard with splash pool. Downstairs there is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, closet, flatscreen TV and adjacent bathroom featuring glass shower, basin and WC. The main area of the house is open plan and has a dining table seating 6, fully equipped kitchen with electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, large fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser, small pantry and bar seating for two people. There is a comfortable seating area with large flatscreen TV and cable television and patio doors leading to the pool area. Upstairs there is a further master bedroom with king size bed, double closet, flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, double basins and WC.
